New ZAGS e-services now available for Tatarstaners

New e-services of ZAGS (civil registry office) are now available on the Portal of state and municipal services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Deputy PM - Minister of informatization and communications Nikolay Nikiforov informed at a final session of ZAGS Department at RT Cabinet. Acting President – RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov attended the event.
By words of Nikolay Nikiforov the portal traffic rose sharply in 2011. In particular, more than 19 000 requests for marriage registration were received last year in electronic format.
New services of ZAGS have become available: registration of a child’s birth, death and divorce, issue of duplicative certificates and references, state duty payment for registration of a name change, making appointment for registration of adoption, state duty payment for making corrections and amendments in act of civil status and putting apostile.
New e-services are already becoming popular.
All in all 86 e-services are rendered in Tatarstan.

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
