To participate in voting, a citizen needs a verified account on the portal and permanent registration in the region for which the user votes. The annual programme of allocating grants from Tatarstan Government for training in information technology for first-year students of the Institute of Information Technology and Intelligent Systems of Kazan Federal University continues. In 2022, 30 people received grants for a total of 5 million roubles.
The contest included such nominations as "Best Multifunctional Centre of the Republic of Tatarstan", "Best universal specialist of the Multifunctional Centre of Tatarstan" and "Best head of the department (branch) of the Multifunctional of Tatarstan".
