On April 21 at a regional meeting at Tatarstan Government House held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of Information and Communication Roman Shaikhutdinov told that more than 6.5 mln electronic services were rendered in Tatarstan in the first quarter of 2014.

On April 21 Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Head of the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Cooperation Konstantin Kosachev, Director of the Department for work with compatriots living abroad of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Anatoly Makarov, Tatarstan Vice-Premier Yury Kamaltynov took part in opening of International youth forum of Russian compatriots (April 21-24, Kazan).

They can also sign for receiving sms notifications about academic performance and attendance. Earlier this service was available on the portal “Electronic education in the Republic of Tatarstan” edu.tatar.ru

The issue of capital repair is widely discussed in the public. Users of the Portal uslugi.tatarstan.ru regularly send appeals to the state information system “Public control” concerning unsatisfactory condition of the housing fund, requesting for capital repair and distribution of funds they pay in accordance with the bills.

50, 000 pupils took part in regional contest “IT champion” for one month. The contest is held in two stages: on March 15 - May 25, and on May 26 – December 10. Pupils of 1-11 forms can take part in the contest. By results of the contest three pupils from each municipality will get laptops.
