Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov signed an order of the Republic of Tatarstan № 115-З dated as of December 13, 2014 “On renaming Innopolis township of Verkhneuslonsky region , changing borders of territories of certain municipalities, renaming Vvedensko-Slobodsky township of Verkhneuslonsky region, and introduction of amendments in the Law “On establishing borders of territories and the status of municipality “Verkhneuslonsky region”.

On December 13, at a video conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov said that State Traffic Safety Inspectorate gave 144 tickets upon claims sent to “Public inspector” system.

The second round of regional contest “IT-champion” finished on December 10, 2014. 153 pupils were announced winners in nomination “Most active pupil” and will be awarded with laptops. Also, 51 schools will receive interactive equipment.
On December 12, at a final session of financial, treasury and tax authorities with participation of Russian Minister of Finance Anton Siluanov, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that well-coordinated and effective work of these authorities should help the republic to overcome difficult economic situation in 2015.
A meeting with employees of Tatarstan technical schools and colleges that started working in the information system “Electronic education in the Republic of Tatarstan” in September 2014 was held at IT-park on December 11.
Winter has come and citizens of Tatarstan started informing utility services about most urgent seasonal problems. Anti-icing measures are already being taken on roads.

Another round of training on working in unified information personnel system was dedicated to additional functions of the system.

20438 claims were sent to “Public control” system for 11 months of 2014. Resolutions have been made by 13616 claims, motivated refusals were given for 1351 claims. For 11 months the number of claims increased by 64.7 per cent.
