By the decision of interdepartmental working group under Security Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on developing proposals on prevention, detection of violations in the sphere of financial markets within the framework of state information system “Official portal of the Republic of Tatarstan”, Ministry of Information and Communications of the republic created a special section “Increasing financial awareness of population of the Republic of Tatarstan”. Citizens of the republic can see news and information about financial markets and protection of their rights as consumers of financial services.

5th All-Russia computer championship for pensioners will be held in Kazan on August 23-25, 2015. The event aims to promote the movement on mastering computer skills for successful social adaptation in information environment, increase availability of state services via Internet and opportunities of participation in the system of electronic democracy, promotion of principles of active ageing and development of the system of computer literacy.

On July 15, at a press-conference at “Tatar-inform” information agency Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov and Deputy Head of the State Road Safety Inspectorate Rustam Ibragimov told journalists about the information system “Public inspector”.
Roman Shaikhutdinov presented some statistical data.

The 16th FINA World Championship opens in Kazan in 9 days. It will be held on 24.07.2015-09.08.2015. Six kinds of aquatic sport will be presented at the championship. Tickets are available on the portal of state services of the Republic of Tatarstan, mobile application “Services of the Republic of Tatarstan”, and infomats “Electronic Tatarstan”.

On July 14, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Board Chairman and President of Sberbank of Russia German Gref, Russian Minister of Communications and Mass Media Nikolay Nikiforov, and Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan – Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov took part in official opening of the 4th international educational forum “Summer campus of Presidential Academy” in Innopolis.

A press conference on realization of the project “Public inspector” will be held at Tatar-inform agency on July 15. Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan – Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov will tell about the project and its development, and present some statistical data.

Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications carries out work on increasing quality of services. One of important areas of the ministry work is processing citizens’ online requests received on the official website www.digital.tatarstan.ru and e-mail mic@tatar.ru , in the state information system “Public control”, on the portal of state and municipal services (uslugi.tatarstan.ru), and requests forwarded from Tatarstan President’s Administrative office.

On Saturday, the final of StartUp Sabantui expedition and an investment session DemoDay were held at Naberezhnye Chelny IT-park. Tatarstan Minister of Information and Communications welcomed authors of the best projects from Russia, Turkey, Serbia and UAE.

During his working trip to Tatarstan, Russian Deputy Minister of Finances Maksim Oreshkin visited Kazan IT-park and new Russian city Innopolis. At Kazan IT-park he was met by Deputy Minister of Information and Communications of the republic Anatoly Geller and IT-park Director Anton Grachev, who told about the history of technopark, and contribution of this innovative site into economic development of the region.
