Results of the development of IT industry in Kazan and the development strategy for 2015-2017 were discussed at the 44th session of Kazan City Duma.

Tatarstan Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov will hold an extended session of Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications “on work and development of the industry in the first half of 2015” on August 5 at 10.00.

Tatarstan Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Azat Mubarakshyn and Minister of Health Ildar Fatikhov took part in a video conference on developing electronic health care of the Government commission for using information technologies for improvement of the quality of life and conditions for entrepreneurial work chaired by Russian Minister of Health Veronika Skvortsova.

A session of Interdepartmental commission of the Security Council on information security with the participation of representatives of state authorities, law enforcement agencies, organizations and enterprises of the republic was held at IT-park on July 31.

A meeting on information interaction between Ministry of Labour and Social Protection and mobile operators about availability of landline telephones in households was held at Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications on July 31. Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Azat Mubarakshyn, representatives of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection and mobile operators took part in the meeting.

On July 30, Tatarstan Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov held a meeting with Deputy Director General of AO “Russian space systems” Anatoly Perminov. They discussed creation of the unified navigation national network of high-precision satellite positioning and participation of the republic in realization of the national project.

Tatarstan Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov answered questions of journalists at a press conference on electronic services at “Tatar-inform” agency. The detailed instruction about most popular services on the portal of state services was presented to journalists.

A unique access control system for accredited officials that was developed under the project of Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications for the Universiade is being successfully used at 16th FINA World championship.

On July 29, Tatarstan Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov met with participants of 5th All-Russia computer competition among pensioners. Participants of the meeting discussed training of the team, holding of the competitions in previous years, and prospects of participants representing Tatarstan.
