Tatarstan Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov announced awarding of a honorary title “Honoured worker of information and communications industry of the Republic of Tatarstan” to Regina Kuznetsova, Director of the Tatarstan branch of Federal unitary enterprise “Russian post”.

Streetball championship of the Republic of Tatarstan among teams of service and industry sectors was held within the framework of Spartakiada “Health-2015” on November 21. The communications industry was presented by Tatarstan Ministry of Indormation and Communications, which won the competitions.

Construction of the network of digital on-air broadcasting is finishing in Tatarstan. The solemn launching ceremony and press conference with participation of Tatarstan Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov will be held on November 24 at 13:00 in Kazan.  

Russian Government has approved restrictions on purchasing foreign software in state and municipal procurement and regulations for keeping the unified register of Russian programmes for computers and data basis. The document was signed by Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.

Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Anatoly Geller made a report at a panel discussion “The impact of modern intellectual transport systems on increasing efficiency of transport complex” at the 4th International Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving Forum ENES-2015. The report was about the experience of Tatarstan in this sphere.

Computer security competitions QCTF Starter will be held with the auspices of Yekaterinburg IT company SKB Kontur and higher educational universities in Russia and Belarus on November 28. Pupils and students are invited to the competitions.

Citizens of the republic can now complain about drivers who park their cars in spaces for disabled people in new category “Parking in spaces for disabled people” in “Public inspector” system. Last week citizens have already sent 43 messages.
