The exhibition of best school projects and IT master classes will be held during Kazan Startup Weekend at IT-park. The exhibition is organized by School Business Incubator and High Technology Park “IT-park” under the auspices of Russian Ministry of Education and Science.
On November 22, at the session of Economic Council, Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov told that Tatarstan is the leader among Russian regions in development of IT industry. There are 1,629 IT companies where the average salary of employees makes 37,000 roubles.
During his two-day working visit to the Republic of Tatarstan, Governor of Sakhalin region Oleg Kozhemyako visited Kazan IT-park. He was accompanied by Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov and Director of IT-park Anton Grachev.

Accompanied by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov Oleg Kozhemyako looked around the Popov technopark, Innopolis University, sports complex, swimming-pool, lecture rooms, and laboratories.
On November 19, at a regional meeting with participation of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Roman Shaikhutdinov presented a report “On results of rendering state services for nine months of 2016”.
On November 18, at High technology park “IT-park” in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Board chairman of Sberbank German Gref and Google's President for strategic relationships in Europe, Middle East and Africa Carlo Biondo handed in diplomas to best fifteen graduates of the programme “Business class”.
