Service “Book appointment with a specialist of educational department of the Soviet district” has been introduced on the Portal of state and municipal services of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The 7000th card of the Tatarstan citizen was issued in Zelenodolsk on November 28. Dwellers of Zelenodolsk can book an appointment with specialists without any queues, apply for special benefits and get discounts at some stores.
A briefing on results of work of the system “Open Tatarstan” for ten months of 2016 was held at the Cabinet of Ministers today. Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov made a report and answered questions of journalists.

On November 28, at the government hour at a session of Tatarstan State Council, Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov informed about rendering of electronic state and municipal services. The minister said that Tatarstan was ranked first by the electronic services coverage in Russia - 65,2%. 1,7 mln personal accounts have been registered, 410 terminals are working, and 360,000 requests have been processed by call-center.
Solemn opening of Kazan Startup Weekend was held at Kazan IT-park today. Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan – Minister of Industry and Trade Roman Shaikhutdinov welcomed the audience saying that such events are very important. He also reminded that comfortable conditions are being provided for young and developed companies in the republic.
On December 25, citizens elected new Mayor of Innopolis, Ruslan Shagaleev, the former Deputy Head of the executive committee.
More than a half citizens registered in Innopolis voted for Ruslan Shagaleev.

A seminar-meeting “Urgent problems of archive keeping in the Republic of Tatarstan” was held at Yelabuga institute of the federal state autonomous educational institute “Kazan Federal University”. Rendering of electronic services, the importance and development of the unified document management system were discussed at the seminar.
