On February 10, at Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications, the next weekly meeting with industry enterprises and subordinate organizations was held. At the beginning of the meeting, Head of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization Ayrat Khayrullin introduced the new territorial manager of the Kazan cluster of VimpelCom Company Anvar Shakhmaev to the meeting participants. In this position, Shakhmaev replaced Ilgiz Gibadullin, who joined a new work direction with government and state structures of the Central region of VimpelCom Company.

On February 7, at Innopolis University, as many as 10 teams in the age category under 21 from Kazan, Innopolis, Nurlat and Chistopol cities took part in the competitions of Cyber ​​Security and Development of Virtual and Augmented Reality competencies. Winners will go to the Russian championship in their competencies.

The International Competence Centre - Kazan Technical College of Information Technologies and Communications of Tatarstan took part and became the winner of the competitive enrollement for a grant from the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation under the departmental target programme "Support to innovation in the development and monitoring of the education system". Due to this victory, 5 new workshops started to operate in the technical school.

On February 6, at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Centre, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications Ayrat Khayrullin introduced new digital solutions of the republic to Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and President, Chairman of the Executive Board of Sberbank Herman Gref and informed about the digital transformation of Tatarstan.
