MTS, a digital ecosystem, analyzed the demand for video surveillance cameras in its own retail chain. In May, there was a peak interest in this category of goods: sales increased by 2.5 times in units compared to the same month in 2022. According to analysts, the main reason for the growth is the desire to secure their property during the summer holidays. Surveillance cameras are becoming more and more accessible to buyers.

Since the beginning of this year, the average price of the device has decreased by 15 per cent and by the end of May it makes 2,918 roubles.

On June 16, on the sidelines of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communication Ayrat Khayrullin, in the presence of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, signed an agreement on cooperation in information technologies between the government of the republic and "1C" Company. An agreement on cooperation between Tatarstan government and "Element" Company was also signed. Joint work with Element Company in the development of high-tech microelectronics is planned.

On June 18, the branch of the Russian Television and Radio Broadcasting Network of Russian Television and Radio Broadcasting Center of Tatarstan will turn on green architectural and artistic lighting at the main TV tower of the region in support of the environmental and patriotic campaign "Garden of Memory".

The international forum Kazan Digital Week-2023 will be held at the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Centre from September 20 to September 22. The mission of the large-scale event is to promote the exchange of scientific and technical information, the consolidation of scientific and technological assets that can efficiently solve the problems of import substitution and import advance, ensure technological sovereignty and data sovereignty as the basis of the leadership of the Russian Federation in international cooperation.

MTS, a digital ecosystem, using the MTS Research service, studied the opinions of schoolchildren and their parents regarding the future choice of profession. More than 3,000 respondents, including residents of Tatarstan, took part in the online survey. The survey was held in April 2023 among parents and participants of the MTS Generation M digital educational platform for the development of children's creativity in the digital environment aged 7-18 years.

Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization noted that this year the Forum received federal status, the organizing committee on preparation for the event is chaired by Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation Maksut Shadayev.

On June 3, at the Executive Committee of the city of Kazan, the 10th anniversary awarding of the winners of the All-Russian Youth Contest of Legislative Initiatives "Parliament-2030 took place. In total, more than 48,000 students of higher, professional and general educational organizations from 80 constituent entities of the Russian Federation took part in the contest. This year, participants from the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), Lugansk People's Republic (LPR), Zaporozhye and Kherson regions took part in the contest for the first time. Based on the results of the “Parliament 2030” Contest, a collection of bills prepared by the children will be published, and which will be sent to the parliaments of the constituent entities of Russia, the State Duma and the Federation Council.

The service for accepting applications to colleges starts operating at the State Services Portal. Applications can be submitted to an unlimited number of educational institutions. It is possible to choose any specialty, profession and form of education. As many as 1129 colleges in 36 regions have already connected to the service. Their number will increase after the start of the admission campaign.
