36 graduates of the higher school of information technologies and systems received diplomas at Kazan IT-park. Officials, scientists and businessmen, Director of the higher school of information technologies and systems Airat Khasyanov and Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov congratulated young people on the event.

Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications held a seminar “Methods of ensuring security of automated management systems of technological processes and key systems of information infrastructure” on July 1, 2015 at Kazan IT-park. More than 30 representatives of largest industrial enterprises of the republic took part in the seminar.

Mass media agencies informed of the completion of the legal process over a Crimean hacker Aleksandr Pulyaev, who made an attempt to hack servers of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

9,334 applications have been sent to the automated information system “Electronic kindergarten” from June 1. More than 9, 000 parents can see the status “Enrolled to children’s educational institution” and start preparing the documents for submission within 30 days. The enrollment will take place in the republic till August 31.

Every citizen of Tatarstan can now pay for state services without fees on the Portal of state services. Virtual card of state services are now available on the portal. The card will be registered in user’s personal account the CVC2 code will be sent to user’s mobile. No fee will be charged for the virtual card.

13,008 messages have been received in “Public inspector” system in the second quarter of 2015. In the first quarter of 2015, citizens sent 5,150 messages. The increased number of messages means that in spring and summer the situation with parking worsens.

Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications took part in a seminar “On rules of formation and keeping the Unified register of inspections” organized by Russian Ministry of economic development and chaired by Deputy Director of the Department of state regulation in economy of Russian Ministry of economic development Valery Saladnikov.

Graduation diplomas were handed over to 119 graduates of Kazan technical school of information technologies and communications.

Patients with oncological diseases are registered in the system “Electronic health care” of the Regional clinical oncological dispensary of the Tatarstan Ministry of Health. More than 1 million requests for laboratory and diagnostic tests have been received for 6 months of 2015.
