174, 000 payments for the sum of 185 million roubles were made via the portal of state services, infomats and mobile application “Services of the Republic of Tatarstan”. For one year the sum of payments increased by 60 per cent.

A special mobile application “School eco-patrol” was presented to employees of Tatarstan Ministry of Ecology. The project was developed by Tatarstan Ministry of Ecology, Ministry of Information and Communications and Ministry of Education and Science.

This initiative aims to facilitate modernization of IT education at Tatarstan schools by opening Cisco academies. The project is implemented under the auspices of Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications, Ministry of Education and Science and State Unitary Enterprise “Centre of information technologies of the Republic of Tatarstan”.

On September 10, Russian Minister of communications and mass media Nikolay Nikiforov, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Tatarstan Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov, Singapore Minister of Finance Tharman Shanmugaratnam and representatives of Innopolis university took part in the session.

Innopolis University and National University of Singapore signed Agreement on cooperation in the sphere of education and science within the framework of 5th session of the High Level Russia-Singapore Inter-governmental Commission. It is the next step in strengthening of relationships between two countries.

Regional round of All-Russia contest of professional skills “Best postmaster 2014” was held at Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications on September 9. The contest aims to improve professional skills, quality of work and service culture at post offices.
