7,447 “signal” cards, 8,256 juveniles and 4 322 families have been registered in the information system “Registration and monitoring of families and juveniles at social risk in the Republic of Tatarstan”.

On October 17-23, 2015, within the framework of the Regional project «IT-Jump», an industry-specific session on C# programming for pupils of 7-11 forms will be held in Baitik computer camp.

Due to bad weather conditions citizens of the republic have sent more complaints about problems with heat and water supply to them “Public control” system. 116 complaints were processed in October.

On October 9, representatives of Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications, Ministry of Transport and Department of the state traffic inspectorate took part in XXII international congress on intellectual transport systems in Bordeaux, France.

Deputy Minister of information and communications Azat Mubarakshyn, who coordinates development of electronic health care, will take part in the conference “Information technologies in medicine” in Moscow on October 8-9.

For 9 months of 2015, 882 requests 479 of which concerned the quality of communication services have been sent to Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications. In comparison with last year, the number of complaints has decreased (528 complaints were received in 2014).  

On October 7, employees of Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications with an expert group on issues of counteracting corruption carried out monitoring of rendering the municipal service on acceptance of applications and enrollment of children to kindergartens in Aksubayevo region.  

Updated mobile application “Services of the Republic of Tatarstan” is now available for iOS and Android devices in AppStore and PlayMarket. The new version has new interface and step-by-step obtainment of services.

5.97 mln electronic services were rendered to Tatarstan citizens in September. Citizens of the republic made 4.2 electronic requests, 320.4 applications, 740, 000 times registered on the waiting lists and made 694.5 payments for the sum of 690 mln rubles.
