On October 1-2, Kazan will host IoT World Summit Russia 2018 - World Digital Summit on Internet Technology of Things, which will bring together the world leaders in the field of practical application of the latest digital technologies from Russia, the USA, Europe and Asia and where advanced solutions in the field of IoT and IIoT, M2M communications, large data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine and in-depth training, cybersecurity and blockchain will be introduced.

On September 22, in the IT-park in Kazan, Digital SuperHero HackDays the competitions of programmers have started. The competitions will last two days. About 70 specialists in the sphere of software development are competing for the first place. The teams will work 24 hours a day.

Ministry of Informatization and Communication of Tatarstan hosted the first meeting with the initiative young people of the communication industry of the republic, which expressed the idea of ​​establishing its own Council.

Deputy Prime Minister of the republic - Tatarstan Minister of Informatization and Communications Roman Shaykhutdinov paid a working visit to Malaysia and Singapore, to get acquainted with the infocommunication infrastructure of these countries.

On August 22, at the Ak Bars Single Combat Palace, Kazan will host the final stage of the series of tournaments of the World of Tanks military historical game. Over 3,000 cybersportsmen are expected to compete for the title of champion of 2018.

IT-champion contest among schoolchildren started in Tatarstan. The main task of the young participants is to involve parents and adults in the active use of e-services on the Portal of State Services republic and to receive the maximum number of prize points. 

The International Congress on Intelligent Transport Systems - ITS World Congress, organized by the European Association of Intelligent Transportation System (ERTICO), was held in Copenhagen (Denmark). Tatarstan delegation, which includeed Deputy Minister of Information and Communication of the republic of Bulat Ismagilov, Director of the State Road Safety Inspectorate of the republic Rifkat Minnikhanov and other representatives took part in the Congress.

Since the beginning of the year, Tatarstan citizens have submitted over 160,000 applications to the Civil Registry Office to register births, establish paternity, marriage and divorce, change the name and surname, 78 per cent of them are submitted in e-form on the Portal of State Services of the republic.

The application for marriage in the section "Civil Registry Office" of the Portal is very popular. It is possible to make an appointment with a registry office specialist and pay a state fee.

During the working visit of the official delegation of Tatarstan to Malaysia and Singapore, at the meeting with members of the business community of Malaysia, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic – Tatarstan Minister of Informatization and Communication Roman Shaykhutdinov introduced the IT potential of Tatarstan.
