Almost 100,000 people passed registration in the system of issuing SMS permits allowing residents of the republic to leave their homes during self-isolation. Currently, over 285,000 Tatarstan citizens have already become registered users of the service.

On April 4, the team of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization together with Ak Bars Bank launched the new service “Digital Guardsman”, due to which law enforcement officers will be able to verify the authenticity of SMS permits issued to residents of the republic.

Tatarstan Ministry of digitalization received many requests from residents of the republic and decided to amend the procedure of obtaining digital permits for some purposes.

The number of registered users in the SMS system for issuing digital permits has tripled. At the moment, almost 200,000 people registered in the system.

It is indicated that the average time expectation of a response of the call centre operator is one minute, while the consultation itself lasts a little less than three minutes.

On April 1, Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization together with the team of the Digital Transformation Centre of the republic and Ak Bars Bank developed and launched a service for obtaining digital permits for leaving home during the self-isolation regime. Tatarstan became the first region in Russia to implement this system.
