Russian Post will deliver 2.3 million triangle letters to veterans of the World War II and home front workers together with personal congratulations from the Russian President. 

This year marks the 75th anniversary of the Victory in the World War II. This victory became possible due to the entire Soviet people, who worked on the battlefield and in the rear. It is important to remember and honor the heroic deed.

The number of SMS per day for Goal 4, visit to the cemetery, was increased due to the numerous requests of residents of the republic.

Now Tatarstan citizens can send two SMS per day for this purpose. Time in each permit is given for the road: an hour to the cemetery and an hour back to go home.

On May 7, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization Ayrat Khayrullin visited veterans of the communications industry to personally congratulate them on their professional holiday – World Radio Day.

Director of the Association of Innovative Regions of Russia (AIRR) Ivan Fedotov shared with TASS information agency that Tatarstan was able to implement the most technologically advanced system for monitoring self-isolation regime, turning out to be the most “advanced” Russian region.

The republic summed up the preliminary results of the Personal Digital Certificates project, implemented under the Digital Economy national programme.

To date, residents of the republic have requested over 8,000 digital permits to leave home, indicating aim four - “Visiting Cemeteries”.

Clients of Russian Post started to use the company's digital services more often. From March, 30 to April, 3 in the mobile application and on the pochta.ru website, they issued 25 times more requests for delivery of items from the office to their home than two weeks earlier.

During the five days off, residents of the republic requested over two million 133,000 digital permits to leave the house during the period of general self-isolation.

From May 6, digital permits for visiting cemeteries will be available in Tatarstan. The corresponding change was introduced by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated April 30.
