On June 17, on the sidelines of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and CEO of the National Payment Card System Vladimir Komlev signed an Agreement on the implementation of “Tatarstan citizen’s ID-card” at the Mir payment system.

On April 22, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Director General of Mir payment system Vladimir Komlev discussed further steps in developing cooperation and prospects of joint projects.
