For the second year, Tatarstan multifunctional centres are implementing outreach services, in which the applicant may not go to the My Documents office, but call the center’s specialists to their home or other convenient place.

On February 21, at the Quantorium Technopark, a meeting on digitalization of the Almetyevsk municipal region was held. First Deputy Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the republic Bulat Ismagilov informed the meeting participants about the implementation of the Digital Economy national programme, the plans of the multifunctional centres for 2020 and the creation of new super services in Tatarstan.

On December 2, an office of the multifunctional centre "My Documents", where over 100,000 residents will have an opportunity to receive state and municipal services on a "one-stop-shop" principle, was launched in Aviastroitelny district of Kazan.

Since December 1 of the current year, applications and documents for registration in kindergartens of Kazan will be accepted by Multifunctional Centre of state and municipal services of Tatarstan.

On July 8, Tatarstan Minister of Informatization and Communication Airat Khairullin took part in the opening ceremony of the new office “My Documents” in the Yudino settlement of Kirovsky district of Kazan.

On February 15, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic –Tatarstan Minister of Informatization and Communication Roman Shaykhutdinov took part in a solemn opening of a new building of multifunctional State and municipal service centre in Chistopol (the town of the republic).
