Due to the upcoming celebration of the Russia Day, the work schedule of the offices of the Multifunctional centers and post offices of Russia was changed.
In all 59 regional offices of Multifunctional centres, entrepreneurs can arrange 69 state and municipal services for business.
In My Documents offices, entrepreneurs can receive the services of 16 departments and organizations.
On May 24, due to the upcoming celebration of Eid al-Fitr in Tatarstan, the offices of the Multifunctional Centers and Post Offices of Russia changed the work schedule. On May 24, My documents departments have a day off. On May 23, the pre-holiday working day is reduced by one hour.
A special work format of the offices of multifunctional centers, established on April 13, will continue operating in Tatarstan.
During the spread of coronavirus infection, residents can apply to My Documents offices using an expired passport to receive services.
On April 20, the Multifunctional Centres of Tatarstan started submitting the applications for payments in the amount of 5,000 rubles for children under three.
Since April 13, the offices of multifunctional centers start to work in a special regime: visitors will be accepted by appointment. Only half of the 800 windows of the multifunctional centres will operate and the employees of the centres will be at a safe distance from each other.
On April 10, speaking at a videoconference at the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications Ayrat Khayrullin said that next week a new tenth aim will be added to the digital permit system, namely, a visit to the offices of the Multifunctional centre and the branches of the Pension Fund.
The Multifunctional centres of Tatarstan do not plan to suspend work due to the threat of the spread of Covid-19 infection: all “My Documents” offices will operate in a standard way.
