Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization developed and launched a telephone robot, which answers residents' questions about coronavirus infection, self-isolation mode and a digital pass system in Tatarstan.

In 10 days, almost 3,000 self-employed of the republic registered in the digital permit system. 

From April 20, Tatarstan residents can receive digital permits to exit the house during self-isolation, indicating the 11th goal - visiting hairdressers. 

Since the beginning of the work of digital permit system, residents of the republic have requested over five million SMS-codes for exit.

From Monday, digital permits for leaving the house during self-isolation can be issued for a new, eleventh purpose - a visit to the hairdresser.

As of April 13, over 900,000 residents of Tatarstan have already registered with the digital permit service.
Meanwhile, the number of issued digital permits exceeded the mark of three million. Currently, 3,094,859 permission codes have been issued for leaving the house.

On April 13, additional goals for leaving home start operating in the digital permit system of Tatarstan. Thus, the self-employed of the republic can leave places of self-isolation to carry out their professional activities. In one day, as many as 619 self-employed citizens registered in the system.

On behalf of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov in order to support self-employed citizens, four new reasons were added to the system of digital permits for leaving home during general self-isolation.

On April 10, speaking at a videoconference at the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications Ayrat Khayrullin said that next week a new tenth aim will be added to the digital permit system, namely, a visit to the offices of the Multifunctional centre and the branches of the Pension Fund.
