True Tech Champ is the All-Russian championship in algorithmic and robotic programming. The tournament included two tracks: individual scoring by algorithmic and team-based robotics programming. The final stage took place in the format of show-coding and robot race.
This year, the Tatarstan residents got into the list of winners in both tracks.
The winner of the 250,000 - rouble Olympic prize in the first track was a student of Kazan Lyсeum 2 from Kazan Gimran Abdullin, who also won the bronze True Tech Champ last year. Silver of the second track and a prize of 2.5 million roubles was won by ClosedCV team from Inopolis - Nikolay Rostov, Andrey Rastopshin, Evgeny Shlomov.
In front of the audience, the kids solved tasks for a while and also wrote code for robot-mice so that they could find their way out of the maze as quickly as possible with special effects: flashes of light, smoke, moving walls.
Over 12,500 people applied for the True Tech Champ from MTS, and more than 250 participants were admitted to the final, including both schoolchildren and students as well as active IT specialists.
