Information about preferential mortgage for IT professionals

The programme allows employees of the information technology industry to apply for a mortgage at a rate of up to 5 per cent per annum.

• The minimum down payment is 15% of the cost of housing.

• You can use maternity capital funds to pay the down payment.

Maximum loan amount on preferential terms:

• for regions with a population of less than 1 million people - 9 million roubles;

• for regions with a population of more than 1 million people - 18 million roubles.

At the same time, under the regional programme or under the market conditions, it is possible to get a larger amount. Up to 15 and 30 million roubles, respectively.
