Information for industry enterprises

The non-profit microcredit company "Entrepreneurship Support Fund of Tatarstan" launches the export acceleration programme “Export Accelerator for small and medium-sized businesses of Tatarstan".

During the training, participants will prepare up to 3 plans for entering foreign markets, during which a market will be selected based on the demand for products, the most efficient channels for promoting products in selected markets will be worked out, a funnel of potential customers will be worked out, initial negotiations will be held with potential buyers, customer proposal that includes expenditure components and takes into account the need for debt financing, guarantees and insurance will be prepared.

The educational programme "Export Accelerator" is a course of 6 modules, each devoted to a specific topic.

Module content:

1. Introductory module: "Introduction to export and project activities";

2. Module 1: "Market selection and search for buyers";

3. Module 2: "Export marketing";

4. Module 3: "Formation of financial terms of the export transaction";

5. Module 4: "Implementation of an export transaction";

6. Module 5: "Negotiations and conclusion of the contract".

The training will be held at Tatarstan Export Support Center together with accredited trainers from the Export School of the Russian Export Center.

Participation in the programme is free.

Acceptance of applications until 24.05.2023

Training will start from May - June 2023.
