Residents of apartment buildings want to be allowed to vote at general meetings through the State Services Portal of the republic. The State Duma plans to consider such a bill of the government at plenary meetings in the spring session.
The document allows citizens to submit proposals on the agenda of the general meeting of owners of premises in an apartment building in e-form. At the same time, it is possible to vote on agenda items at the State Services Portal. In January 2021, a government decree amended the State Services Portal to provide the possibility of holding meetings of residents through this information system. Now the relevant changes are proposed to be made to the Housing Code.

MTS, a digital ecosystem, reports on the expansion of the high-speed home Internet network in the large residential complex “Poberezhye” in the 34th complex of Naberezhnye Chelny. About 5 thousand people living in new buildings on Raskolnikov Street received access to home Internet at speeds of up to 1 Gbit/s and the opportunity to save up to 40 per cent monthly on digital services.
