Dinar Samigullin becomes the winner of the open contest for the post of the head of the Digital Transformation Centre
On April 30, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization Ayrat Khayrullin introduced a new head of the Digital Transformation Centre Dinar Samigullin to its staff.
“The head of the Digital Transformation Centre has an important task - not only to support the efficient work of the Centre, but also to find new points for the comprehensive digital transformation of the republic. Our strength is in our team, it is our key resource. I wish you good luck in your new post and I believe that you will justify the high trust of our entire digital team,” Khayrullin welcomed the new head of the Centre.
During his presentation at the contest selection, Samigullin focused on the issues of increasing the overall level of digital maturity of Tatarstan, developing a human resource reserve for complex digital transformation and the importance of scaling modern flexible methodologies.
