Digitization of fields, space monitoring and crop control: how the “digit” helps agriculture

As many as 92 per cent or 3.0 million hectares of agricultural fields of the republic were digitized in Tatarstan in 2019. All data on the condition of fields state and land are stored in the unified system "Agricultural Complex of Tatarstan", which helps farmers in their daily work.

The Unified Information Centre of the Agro-Industrial Complex of the republic is operating at the basis of the Geoportal of Tatarstan (spatial data portal).

The system is aimed at collecting, structuring and processing of operational information from the "fields".
