Tatarstan citizens over 65 can get permits to go to the country

Residents of the republic over the 65 can leave their places of self-isolation to travel to the country. Corresponding changes to the self-isolation regime were introduced by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Russian Federation N 349 dated April 29, 2020.
In particular, according to the document, now older people have the opportunity to leave home not only in case of a direct threat to their life or health, but also for going to the countryside and returning from the countryside.
