As many as 70 per cent of interactions between residents and the state to be in digital form by 2022

On March 17, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications Ayrat Khayrullin said that as many as five projects of Digital Economy national programme are being implemented in Tatarstan.

“One of the most important areas of the Digital Economy national project is the development of Digital Public Administration. This envisages the establishment of the Unified Platform Infrastructure in the republic to provide state and municipal services and increase the efficiency of the public administration system,” Khayrullin said.

“The main task of Digital Public Administration federal project is to establish conditions and services that by 2024, as many as 100 per cent of priority state and municipal services are provided without a personal visit, and the interaction of citizens and business with the state is 70 per cent in digital form,” Minister said.

Khayrullin said that Tatarstan plans to increase the share of digitalization of public services to 70 per cent by 2022. Now this figure is 42,5 per cent.

The Minister of Digitalization also emphasized that Multifunctional centres and the Portal of State Services of Tatarstan are an integral part of digital public administration.

The country plans to develop 25 federal super-services by 2024, while seven super-services, including  “I am building”, “I am a schoolboy”, “My health”, “My subsidies”, etc. will be developed in Tatarstan in 2020.
