Naberezhnye Chelny Advanced Development Territory is ready to accept residents from the IT sector

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree reducing the threshold for entry into the Chelny Advanced Development Territory. Due to the new document, platforms for the development of new technologies can become the residents of the Naberezhnye Chelny Territory.

According to the decree, the resident’s total investment in the project should be not less than 20 million roubles instead of 50 million. Moreover, the volume of investments should be 2.5 million in the first year, whereas before it was 5 million. The requirements for the number of staff also decreased, instead of 30 people, only 15 are enough.

Residents of the Territory can be developers of computer software and entrepreneurs working in the IT area. For them, the minimum amount of investment is established at 2.5 million roubles, and the number of employed - at least 10 people.
