In accordance with the decree of Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers, Zaripov Timur Ildarovich and Mubarakshin Azat Faridovich were appointed deputy ministers of Information and Communication.
Citizens can pay for communication and television services on the Portal of state services uslugi.tatarstan.ru. Last month more than 17, 000 payments for the sum of 8.8 million roubles were made on the Portal of state services. The sum of payments has increased twice.

A number of meetings of Innopolis University managers with delegation of the Netherlands were held on April 22-24. In particular, negotiations with Joyce Ten Holter, Attaché for Science and Technology of the Embassy of the Netherlands in Russia, Wendela Haringhuizen, Deputy Head of the Department for Economic Affairs, Trade and Innovation at Netherlands Embassy in Russia, Head of Amsterdam Science Park Geert Haksteen, Director of Technopolicy Network Frank Zwetsloot and professor of the University of Twente Aard Groen took place.
Preliminary interparty voting of “United Russia” with participation of heads of regional executive authorities was held in Naberezhnye Chelny on April 24. More than 20 candidates delivered their speeches in front of voters. Minister of Information and Communication Roman Shaikhutdinov told about electronic state services focusing on health care and social spheres.
12 infomats “Electronic Tatarstan” for topping up “School cards” will be installed at Zelenodolsk schools under the project “School card”.
From April 20, 2014 making appointment with a doctor at regional medical institutions is available via infomats “Electronic Tatarstan”.
On April 24, training for inspectors of working groups of municipalities responsible for creation and maintenance of informational data base and accessibility map of social, transport and engineering objects was held at Regional Engineering Technical Centre.

All-Russia research and practice forum “IT environment: XXI century” was held at Kazan electrical technical school on April 23-24. 187 students from Russian and Tatarstan educational institutions took part in the event.
On April 23 representatives of Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communication took part in conference “IT in health care industry 2014: work continues” on development and realization of informational support in health care industry and first results of integration of regional and federal systems in Moscow.
More than 1, 000 requests were made for participation in All-Russia contest of juvenile projects “Digital generation, come on!”. The jury selected 27 best projects that were presented in Moscow. Among the winners are four Tatarstan projects.
