A student of Kazan technical school of information technologies and communications Khisamiev Airat was the first in the contest of professional telecommunication skills “Telesfera-2015” in section “Task programming of telecommunications equipment” that was held at The Bonch-Bruevich Saint-Petersburg state university of telecommunications.

Tatarstan oil and gas forum 2015, 5th International specialized exhibition “GEO-KAZAN: Geological exploration. Geodesy. Cartography” and 4th International research and practice conference “Topical issues of geodesy and geoinformation systems” will be held in Kazan on September 2-4. http://www.geoexpokazan.ru.

On March18, at a briefing at Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers, Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov said that personal accounts of the portal of state services of the Republic of Tatarstan will be registered in federal identification system. The unified federal system provides access to information in state information systems.

On March 13-15 Innopolis University held the first selection of students for bachelor and and MA degrees in information technologies. 60 students from Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan took part in competitions.

On March17, at a briefing at Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers, Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov and Deputy Minister of Education and Science Andrey Pominov told about the contest “IT-champion-2015”.

Results of the contest for federal subsidies were summarized at Russian Ministry of Communications and Mass Media. The decision was made to provide federal subsidies for 30 requests. The contest was held within the framework of the state programme “Information society (2011–2020)” in accordance with Russian Government decree №313 dated as April 15, 2014.

Students from Serbia and Bulgaria took part in XV Regional programming championship among students and pupils for the first time. The competitions are organized by ICL-KPO VS, Ministry of Education and Science, Kazan federal university and Tupolev Kazan national research technical university.

Innopolis University announced registration for open Olympiad in programming. Pupils of 8-11 forms can take part in the event. The Olympiad will have on-site and off-site rounds. The off-site round will be held on March 22. To take part in the event, please register on the website www.olymp.innopolis.ru.

Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications informs that planned maintenance works will be carried out in Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk, Leninogorsk, Shemordan and Bolshie Polyanki on March 16 from 08.00 to 16.00.

XV Regional programming championship among students and pupils will be held in Kazan on March 14-15. It is aimed at finding children talented in information technologies, selecting candidates for field-specific universities and rendering financial support to talented students and pupils.
