Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications is preparing documents for the contest to receive federal subsidies to realize projects (measures) aimed at formation of the information society in Russian regions.

The Republic of Tatarstan is one of first Russian regions that implemented electronic enrollment in kindergartens. Parents submitted more than 90, 000 electronic applications on the portal of state services in March 2011. 49, 000 applications were submitted last year.

The first phase of implementation of new module “Policlinic” started within the framework of development of the unified state information system “Electronic health care of the Republic of Tatarstan”. All big medical organizations of Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk and central regional hospitals were included in the first phase.

116 graduates of Kazan IT college received diplomas major in “Radio communication, radio broadcasting and television”, “Communication networks and commutation systems”, “Multichannel telecommunication systems”, “Communication networks with mobile units”.

Users of “Public control” system are sending a lot of messages about pollution of Kaban lake with storm waters. The category “water” in “Public control” system is controlled by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources.

Final round of the 5th All-Russia computer championship among pensioners will be held in August 2015 in Kazan. The championship aims to tell pensioners about new information technologies and technological opportunities.
