Russian Government has encharged mobile operators with informing subscribers about terms of removal of faults. The amendments in normative legal acts regulating rules of providing communication services were developed by Russian Ministry of Communications and Mass Media for creating comfortable conditions of providing access to information about rendered services and are aimed at developing quality of communication services.
