First deputy minister of information and communications Dmitry Vandyukov took part in a solemn ceremony of handing in awards of the Russian Ministry of Communications to employees of the Central region of Vympelcom PJSC. The awards were presented for the contribution to the development and implementation of measures aimed at increasing efficiency of work of telecommunications industry.
