On 20, September Minister of Economy of Portugal Manuel Caldeira Cabral and Portuguese Ambassador to Russia Paulo Vizeu Pinheiro visited Kazan IT-park. The guests were accompanied by Tatarstan First Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Dmitry Vandyukov, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Valeev and Director of technopark Anton Grachev. The project of rendering state and municipal services “Open Tatarstan” was presented to the minister.
