On May 30, at the youth center named after A. Gaidar, the final stage of the10th contest “The Best Young Teacher of Kazan – 2018” was held. The senior teacher and head of educational programmes of the Higher School of ITIS of the Kazan Federal University, 28-year-old Mikhail Abramsky became the winner.

As many as 247 e-services are available to Tatarstan citizens on the Portal of State Services of the republic. It is possible to make online payments, submit e-applications, and send notification aimed at improving the city infrastructure and many other things on the Portal. 

On May 29, at the Innopolis Special Economic Zone in Laishevo region of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Roman Shaikhutdinov, Head of Laishevo region Mikhail Afanasiev and other officials took part in the opening ceremony of the technopark. The owner of the technopark is ICL Techno - the resident of the second site of the Innopolis Special Economic Zone in Laishevo region.

On May 29, in the Government House of the republic, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic – Tatarstan Minister of Informatization and Communication Roman Shakhutdinov, Minister of Industry and Trade of the republic Albert Karimov and the regional Minister of Economy Farid Abdulganiev took part in a video-conference on the results of participation of Tatarstan delegation in the Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF – 2018).

On May 28, on the sidelines of the Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF – 2018), Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and General Director of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives Svetlana Chupsheva launched the website on the strategic initiatives i.tatarstan2030.ru.

The 29th selection of startup projects was held at Naberezhnye Chelny IT-park last weekend. For the first time, the event was held in a a two-day intensive Harvest in partnership with the Foundation for Internet Initiatives Development. As a result, four projects were invited to the Business Incubator.

On May 24, on the sidelines of the Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum, the Republic of Tatarstan and X5 Retail Group signed an agreement. Minister of Informatization and Communication of the republic Roman Shaikhutdinov and Chief Financial Officer of X5 Retail Group Svetlana Demyashkevich signed the document.

On May 24, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic – Tatarstan Minister of Informatizaion and Communication Roman Shaikhutdnov arrived on a working visit in Saint Petersburg to take part in the 22nd Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), held on May 22-24, under the slogan “Building a Trust Economy”.
