On July 4, during his working visit to Astana as a member of Tatarstan delegation, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic – Tatarstan Minister of Informatization and Communication Roman Shaikhutdinov visited Nazarbayev University, where President of the University Shigeo Katsu introduced the best students’ projects and the activity of the IT-centre of the Business Campus.

Arrangements for joint projects with the ITIS High School were achieved during a working visit of representatives of companies from Japan and Thailand to Tatarstan. The delegation arrived to establish joint educational activities in the field of training the Russian IT staff in the Japanese language, and the international exchange of specialists engaged in the IT industry.

Tatarstan citizens can obtain state and municipal services in 60 offices of multifunctional centers (MFCs). The services of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastral Records and Cartography, the Tax Service, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Pension Fund, the Social Insurance Fund, the Federal Service on Surveillance for Consumer rights protection and human well-being, the bailiff service and other agencies are available on the “one-stop shop” principle.

On July 4, Director of Technopark in the sphere of high technologies "IT Park" Anton Grachev and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of "International Technopark of IT-start-ups" Astana Hub” Pavel Koktyshev signed a memorandum on cooperation in the sphere of development of infocommunication technologies.

On July 4, Tatarstan Minister of Informatization and Communication Roman Shaikhutdinov took part in the meeting of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Sagintayev and in Astana Finance Days Forum, where heads of states and foreign organizations, foreign politicians, as well as experts from scientific circles and analytical centres gathered.

On July 3, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic – Tatarstan Minister of Informatization and Communication Roman Shaikhutdinov arrived on a working visit in Astana, the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The aim of the visit is strengthening of cooperation between Tatarstan and Kazakhstan in the area of high technology.

There are eight services for obtaining benefits of Tatarstan Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security, which are available on the Portal of State Services of the republic.

On July 3, at the meeting in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, Head of the branch of the Russian Social Insurance Fund in Tatarstan Ramil Gaizatullin, Deputy Minister of Informatization and Communication of the republic Azat Muginov and Deputy Minister of Health of the republic Ildar Fatikhov reported on the implementation of the project on issuing of e-sick lists.

On June 29, a solemn ceremony of handing in the certificates to 78 graduates of the IT Lyceum of the Kazan (Volga region) Federal University was held.

On June 29, in Naberezhnye Chelny, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Director General of the Rostec State Corporation Sergei Chemezov accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister of the republic – Tatarstan Minister of Informatization and Communication Roman Shaikhutdinov visited the technopark in the sphere of high technology IT park, at which the Quantorium children’s technology park is operating.
