On the threshold of Victory Day, the Council of veterans of Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communication prepared a book “On the wave of memory – the children of war” about war times.
In April 2014, the category “Organization of road traffic” in “Public control” service was the second popular category after “Site improvement”.
On May 7, Deputy Director of IT and Communications Department of Russian Ministry of Health Roman Safronov arrived in Kazan to get familiar with Tatarstan achievements in the sphere of informatization of health care industry. He was accompanied by Deputy Minister of Information and Communication Azat Mubarakshyn, and Deputy Minister of Health Ildar Fatikhov.
85 per cent of transport vehicles of children’s and youth sport schools are equipped with GLONASS+112 system.
Geospatial information on Geoportal of the Republic of Tatarstan was updated in accordance with satellite data of 2013. Information about the whole territory of the Republic of Tatarstan with space resolution 5m, including 36 regional administrative centres, two city districts, federal highway M7 and regional highway “Kazan-Orenburg” was completely updated.

290 transport vehicles of administrative department under RT Cabinet of Ministers are connected to GLONASS+112. The project on monitoring of official transport has been realized since 2010.
First Deputy Minister of Information and Communication Yury Bagrov held an extended meeting with information and communication enterprises at Kazan IT park. New deputy ministers, Timur Zaripov and Azat Mubarakshin, were introduced to heads of enterprises.

On May 6, Minister of Information and Communication Roman Shaikhutdinov congratulated veterans of the ministry on professional holiday and coming Victory Day at Kazan communication technical school. Excursion around the Museum of communications and training laboratory was organized for veterans.
129,293 calls were received at emergency number 112 in April. Most calls were about road accidents and disturbance of public peace. By and large, 36, 000 cards of accidents were registered last month.
