A meeting with technical directors of communication enterprises on readiness for spring flood 2016 was held at the Ministry of Information and Communications on March 23. Relevant orders were issued and flood prevention commissions were established at information and communication organizations. A day-and-night duty of flood prevention commissions is organized.

The on-site round of the contest “Territory of information” of the 6th Regional youth forum “Our Tatarstan” was held at the Ministry of youth affairs and sport yesterday.

The first television organization - Central television studio was founded on March 22, 1951 in accordance with the decree of the USSR Council of ministers “On organization of regular television broadcast in Moscow”. The studio was created at Moscow television center in Shabolovka.

The work on creating multi-purpose centers on rendering state and municipal services started in Russia in May 2012, when the order of Russian President Vladimir Putin № 601 “On main areas of improving the system of public administration” was published. The State-funded institution “Multi-purpose center of state and municipal services in the Republic of Tatarstan” subordinate to the Ministry of economy was created in the republic.

More than 50 heads and employees of HR departments of organizations of information and communications industry, representatives of State labour inspectorate in the Republic of Tatarstan and Pension Fund of RF in Tatarstan took part in a seminar at Kazan IT-park.

Mass media agencies started receiving applications for 15% discount for the subscription tariff of the Russian post. The decision will be made by the Expert council for regional printed media under Russia Ministry of Communications and Mass Media.

Subscribers of MTS, Beeline, Megafon, Letai, Tele2 and Yota can now pay for the services on infomats “Electronic Tatarstan”. Infomats are self-service terminals that provide online state and municipal services and are available throughout the republic.

The Ministry of Information and Communications, Kazan Mayor’s office, Innopolis University and SEZ support the international campaign “Earth hour”. Lighting of buildings and electric devices that are not used for ensuring safety of citizens will be switched off on March 19.

A project and analytical session on issues of work of interregional centers of competences was held at Moscow state polytechnic university today.

The bill on amending the article 28 of the law “About motor ways and road activity in the Republic of Tatarstan” was published on the Portal of state services of the Republic of Tatarstan.
