Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov told about new payment service on the Portal of state and municipal services of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Ministry of Information and Communications informs citizens about the opportunity of calling emergency numbers on mobile phones:

101 – fire prevention service

102 – police service

103 – ambulance service

104 – emergency gas service  

On April 4, during his working trip to Moscow, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met leadership of IT company. Board Chairman of IT group Tagir Yapparov, and Director General of IT managing company Igor Kasimov told about the company’s activity and plans on its development.

Russian statistics service summarized results of annual survey on revealing the share of citizens who use electronic state and municipal services. With 65.2 per cent of citizens that use electronic services Tatarstan was ranked first.

“We are a young university but every year more and more people join us and we become better,” rector of Innopolis University Aleksandr Tormasov summarized the results.  Some important events took place in 2015: All-Russia robotics Olympiad in Innopolis, first enrollment to bachelor’s and MA programmes, opening of research laboratories.

Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov held a session of the working group on preparation of Tatarstan team for WorldSkills championship 2019 in IT sphere and creation of Interregional center of competences in the sphere of information and communication technologies.

For the first half of 2016 the number of sent appeals to “Public control” system has increased by 71 per cent.  Such information was presented at a session of Tatarstan Government “On ensuring protection of rights and freedoms of citizens in the context of processing appeals in the state information system “Public control”.  The session was held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov.

From March 2016 new requirements to the order of organizational and technical interaction of mobile operators of telephone communication changed. The new requirements of Russian Ministry of Communications and Mass Media help reducing the number of disputes and refusals when subscribers change mobile operators.
