The highest award of the international contest WSIS Prizes-2017 has arrived in Kazan.  The Republic of Tatarstan won the contest WSIS Prizes-2017. The Cabinet of Ministers presented the project of rendering of state and municipal services in electronic format.

Career day will be held at Higher school of information technologies of Kazan federal University on June 16. Representatives of big IT companies will present vacancies for students and graduates.

AK BARS Bank, GDC (ICL-Services), FIX, ACI Worldwide Russia, Flatstack are taking part in the event.

CEO of the Center of information technologies of the Republic of Tatarstan Tatyana Kamaletdinova took part in a roundtable “Pedagogical context of the use of information technologies in the assessment of academic achievements in educational organization” at Public Chamber of the Russian Federation.

The Republic of Tatarstan has won the prestigious international contest of the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) WSIS Prizes-2017. The republic presented the project of rendering state and municipal services in electronic format. The final of the contest held by ITU, a specialized UN organization in the sphere of ICT was held in Geneva today.  

Parliament hearings on issues of informatization of health care were held in Moscow last week. Current situation in this sphere, main problems and legal support were discussed at the hearings. The Republic of Tatarstan was presented by Acting Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Azat Muginov.

Innopolis celebrated 2-year anniversary on June 9. The first resident settled there two years ago. Festive events were held under the slogan "Innopolis 2 you". More than 2,5 thousand people have become residents of Innopolis.

The delegation from Sarov arrived on a working visit in Tatarstan. The delegation learnt about the experience of the republic in the sphere of informatization. Deputy Head of Sarov Sergey Zhizhin and other officials were on the delegation.

A demonstrational exam by standards of Worldskills Russia in competence “IT software solutions for business” started under pilot approbation at the Interregional center of competences - Kazan technical school of information technologies. 35 students will be taking the exam on June 8-12.
