The project “School card” was realized at 12 Zelenodolsk schools last year. By the order of Tatarstan President, Ministry of Information and Communications worked out implementation of the project in Naberezhnye Chelny and Nizhnekamsk. 70, 000 pupils from 96 schools, 67 organizations of additional education, 8, 000 teachers and 1,613 teachers of additional education will take part in the project.

According to online magazine “Delovoi kvartal”, Director General of OAO “Tattelecom” Lutfulla Shafigullin became “the person of the year” in the sphere of telecommunications, Director General of “Bars Group” Timur Akhmerov – in the sphere of IT. Roman Shaikhutdinov handed awards to the winners. He noted that the sphere of telecommunications and IT are rapidly developing in Tatarstan.
2 240 562 calls have been received by 112 call center from the beginning of the year. Most frequent reasons of calls are health problems, public disturbance, and road accidents.

Almetievsk, Nizhnekamsk and Bugulma regions are holding leading positions by the number of requests sent to in “Public control” system. 1125 requests were registered in Almetievsk region, 922 – in Nizhnekamsk region, and 607 – in Bugulma region.

More than 3.2 million electronic services were rendered via portal uslugi.tatarstan.ru in November. By and large, 343, 000 payments for the sum of 338,1 million roubles were made on the portal of state services.
The campaign “Hour of code” will be held in Russia on December 4-12. 10, 000 pupils will take part in the biggest educational event in IT industry. The campaign will be supported by Russian Ministry of Education and Science and Ministry of Communications and Mass Media. The partners of the campaign are “Kaspersky laboratory”, “1C”, “VKontakte”, “Microsoft”, “Acronis”, “Zeptolab” and “Dnevnik.ru”.

No minimum fee of 10 roubles will be taken on the portal of state services and mobile application “Services of the Republic of Tatarstan” on making payments. The fee for paying utility bills will now make 1 % only, and 2 % for other services. No fee is taken for paying state duties, taxes and donations.
On December 1, during the business trip of Tatarstan delegation led by the President Rustam Minnikhanov to Turkey, a memorandum of understanding and scientific-educational cooperation was signed between Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications and Bilkent University (Turkey).
