Albert Nurgaliev, who is studying in Pennsylvania under the partnership agreement signed by Innopolis University and Carnegie Mellon University, is the first Russian student, who received a prestigious grant “Global education”.

A meeting of IT-youth with veterans of Great Patriotic War, who worked in the sphere of information and communications of the Republic of Tatarstan, was held on the threshold of Defender of the Fatherland Day at Kazan IT-park. Minister of information and communications Roman Shaikhutdinov took part in the meeting.

By request of users of the portal of state services the service “Make appointment with a doctor” has been optimized. Now users can register their appointment with doctors and dentists anywhere in the republic.

In connection with the coming holidays “Defender of the Fatherland Day” and International Women's Day the 23d of February and 8th of March are holidays. Therefore, all post offices will be closed.

Tickets to charity concert of the group “Sinyaya ptitsa” (April 19, Unics concert hall) can be bought on the portal of state services. The concert is organized by the charity fund “Radost detstva”. The money will be spent to help children with cerebral palsy.

Almetievsk region is the leader by the number of messages registered in “Public control” system. Since the beginning of 2015 124 messages were sent in the region.

A famous Canadian scientist David Parnas accepted the invitation of Innopolis University to take part in the conference PSI’2015 in Kazan.

IT conference, digital festival “CAMPUS 2015” will be held at Higher school of information technologies and systems on February 21-22. The conference will be dedicated to development and promotion of digital technologies in everyday life.
