Training for heads of departments of social home care on work in the system “Organization of social services in the Republic of Tatarstan” of the State information system “Social register of population of the Republic of Tatarstan” was held on April 6. The training was organized by the Ministry of Information and Communications and Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Protection.

Work on changing overhead communication lines for underground cable lines is underway in Tatarstan. 9 towns, Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk, Zelenodolsk, Bugulma, Almetievsk, Elabuga, Leninogorsk, and Chistopol are taking part in realization of the programme.
Last week operators of GLONASS+112 processed more than 36, 000 calls. The most common reason of calls was health problems (32 per cent). The average response time was 5 seconds.
In Accordance with the order of the federal service on tariffs dated as of 10.02.2015 № 13-с/4 tariffs for services of fixed telephony have changed from April 1, 2015.

More functions for institutions of secondary professional education will now be available in state information system “Electronic education in the Republic of Tatarstan”. Specialists of the Center of information technologies of the Republic of Tatarstan held training for employees of professional educational organizations at the Ministry of Information and Communications.
The service on submission and processing the requests of businessmen started working on the Portal of state services in April. Users of the portal can send their requests to Business Rights Commissioner using their personal account.
Tatarstan team took part in final round of All-Russia Olympiad in informatics and ICT in Arkhangelsk on April 6-10. CEO of the Center of information technologies of the Republic of Tatarstan Tatyana Kamaletdinova and pro-rector of Innopolis University Sergey Masyagin visited the opening ceremony of the Olympiad.

The state information system “Public inspector” was launched on November 8, 2014. It aims to improve road safety and reduce the number of administrative violations in the sphere of site improvement. 1,200 appeals were received in November 2014, 2,337 appeals – in March 2015. The most popular categories are “Parking on a sidewalk”, and “Parking in green zone”.
Kazan citizens can use online services on property transactions on the Portal of state services uslugi.tatarstan.ru. The procedure for using the service and the list of required documents are available on the portal.

Employees of Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications took part in video conference “Development and approval of the plan of actions of Russian regions on developing the Unified state information system in health care industry in 2015-2018” with Director of the Department of information technologies and communications of Russian Ministry of Health Elena Boiko.
