On November 4, at a session of the Security Council and Anti-terrorist commission, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that by results of nine months total number of crimes committed in the republic increased by 13,3%. The final round of World Robot Olympiad 2015 will be held in Doha (Qatar) on November 6-8, 2015. This year the theme is “Robots-Explorers”. 25 teams from 10 regions will present the Russian team. Russia has the biggest quota for the number of teams and is using it to the full.

According to the article 1 of the law of the Republic of Tatarstan dated as of 19.02.1992№ 1448-ХII “About holidays and commemorative dates of the Republic of Tatarstan”, November 4th and 6th are announced days off in the republic.

Solemn opening of a new post office at “Solnechny gorod” district , Kazan will open on November 3, 2015. It will provide services for 30, 000 people and 32 organizations.

IT-park opened its doors for pupils interested in information technologies again. 21 pupils aged 10-16 will take part in IT course ILand. Children will have interesting classes on the basis of animation and Photoshop, robotics and 3D printing.

All-Russia championship World skills Hi-Tech was held in Yekaterinburg on 30.10.15-3.11.15. Representatives of different Russian regions took part in competitions. The team of Kazan technical school of information technologies and communications took part in the event. Training of Russian teams for World skills championship that will be held in Kazan in 2019 were discussed at World skills Hi-Tech.

Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications and “Tatarstan pochtasy”, a branch of Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Russian post” will provide an opportunity to do alternative military service in communications industry of the republic.
