On November 13, Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan – Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov met with executive director of KPMG Alan Mitchell, managing director of KPMG Russia and CIS Dmitry Shirshov, and director of KPMG in Tatarstan Viktor Akulyan.
53, 000 pupils are taking part in contest IT-champion 2015. They have taught 63,273 citizens of Tatarstan to work on the Portal of state services. Most active pupils are from Tyulyachi, Arsk, Tukai and Baltasi regions.
7.4 mln electronic services were rendered to Tatarstan citizens in October, 2015. There were 5.6 requests, 298.5 thousand applications, 849.3 thousand registrations in the waiting lists, and 743.3 thousand payments.
As of 13.11.2015, by requests of airport customers express service of Russian Post has delivered 537 bags.

First public charging station for electric vehicles opened at Kazan IT-park. During the testing period the service will be provided for free. Later on the stations will open in Tandem shopping mall, Kazan international airport, Innopolis, and ski sports complex “Kazan”. Nine stations will provide the service for 18 electric vehicles at the same time.
Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications reminds that the subscription campaign for the 1st half of 2016 is held at regional post offices. The subscription for main printed publications will finish on December 17, 2015, for regional publications – on December 28, 2015.
3,351 children were enrolled to preschool educational organizations for 2015-2016 academic year via the system “Electronic kindergarten”.
Additional enrollment will be held during the year. Parents whose children are on the waiting list need to check the status on the Portal of state and municipal services.
The largest number of messages was sent to “Public control” system in Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny, Almetievsk, Nizhnekamsk, and Leninogorsk regions.
By and large, 12,491 messages were sent, 8,280 have been solved.
On November 2-8, transport vehicles connected to “GLONASS+112” carrying children had 2,136 trips, including 1,669 school buses, 121 institutions of additional education, and 346 vehicles of children’s sport schools. No accidents were registered with vehicles carrying children.
