Russian Government and Ministry of Communications and Mass Media agreed on keeping tax benefits for IT companies.  The decision about prolonging the validity of preferential insurance payments will be made in the nearest time. The issue will be discussed at the meeting with Vice-premier Arkady Dvorkovich.

Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications informs that All-Russia subscription decade will be held in regional post offices on October 15-25.  The subscriber day will be held at Tandem shopping mall on October 22.

A new school that is intended to unite best practices of Russian and foreign education opened at Innopolis University in September. 35 pupils currently study there. The school is registered in the system “Electronic education in the Republic of Tatarstan”.

State information system “Public control” launched in November 2014 is very popular among Tatarstan citizens and helps to reduce traffic violations.

The service for submitting applications for marriage registration has been updated on the portal of state services uslugi.tatarstan.ru. Now citizens can chose time for marriage registration, pay state fee, and submit the application online without going to the local Civil Registry Office.

Cooperation has been established with universities of Hong Kong, Italy, Turkey and Spain.

Starting from 2016/2017 academic year Russian students will be able to gain unique experience of international education in one of the world’s top universities. Agreements have been signed with Middle East Technical University (Ankara), Polytechnic University of Milan, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology:, and Polytechnic University of Catalonia.

Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications informs that maintenance works will be carried out on TV channels “Russia 1+GTRK Tatarstan” from 02:00 to 11:50, “Russia culture” from 02:00 to 03:00, “Petersburg- channel 5” from 02:00 to  05:00 on October 19;

On the channel “Russia 2”, NTV and Karusel from 02:00 to 10:00, “Russia culture” from 02:00 to 10:00, “TV-Center” from 02:00 to 12:00, and “Zvezda” from 02:00 to 14:00.

Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications took part in professional development courses on the programme “Human resource management technology in the sphere of state and municipal administration” at the Higher school of state and municipal administration, Kazan Federal University. Functions of the Unified information system of human resources of state civil and municipal service of the Republic of Tatarstan were discussed at the session.

A session of the public council of Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications was held on October 16. The decision about updating regulations about the Public council was made at the session.
