On February 25, during the forum “Security and communications” Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications and regional department of the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control will organize the workshop “information security”.

Innopolis University opens registration for distance round of Open Olympiad in mathematics. The online test where students will have to solve 10 tasks will be held on February 28.

Tatarstan Vice-premier Roman Shaikhutdinov took part in a summary session of the Council of Laishevo region, where head of the region Mikhail Afanasiev made a report on results of activity in 2015 and tasks for 2016.

Shaikhutdinov also visited the local post office in Peschanye Kovali.

Representatives of Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications took part in a meeting with Russian Ministry of communications on issues of methodology and technical implementation of measures aimed at improving federal segment and regional systems of registration of preschool children.  

The 4th International research and practice conference “Modern problems of health and safety: intelligent transport systems” will be held in Kazan. According to Head of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate Rifkat Minnikhanov, some solutions that will be discussed at the conference will be put forward at the federal level.

Integration of State Information System “Electronic education of the Republic of Tatarstan” and federal project “Kontingent”, issues of safe Internet at schools, changes in content filtering and execution of the order №685 as of May, 29, 2014 “On requirements to the structure of the official website of an educational organization in ICT network “Internet” were discussed at a meeting of regional tutors at the Center of information technologies of the Republic of Tatarstan.

A new category “Illegal production and turnover of ethanol and alcohol products” has been introduced in “Public control” system. It is aimed at the prevention of the distribution of illegal products that are very harmful for people’s life and health. Users of “Public control” system” will receive financial reward for every proved fact of illegal alcohol production.

XX forum “Security and communication” will be held in Kazan on February 25-26 (Kazanskaya yarmarka). For 20 years the forum has helped solving problems in safety assurance, sharing the experience and discussing problems in the sphere of protection and safety of society. Terrorist threats, information security, fire safety – all these issues are controlled by leaders of the republic.

The hazard of infection of computers of citizens, corporate networks of organizations and enterprises with malicious software has been observed in the republic. It causes encryption of information, such as 1C data base, documents and images.

The expert council on regional printed media under Russian Ministry of Communications and Mass media has approved the list of periodicals that will receive a discount of 15 % for subscription tariff of “Russian post”. More than 2000 applications have been received from all constituent territories of the Russian Federation over the last few months.
