The final round of regional contest “IT-champion” will be held at Innopolis University on February 9. The contest aims to promotion of electronic state and municipal services rendered in the Republic of Tatarstan.
An extended session of Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications “on results of work in 2015 and tasks for 2016” will be held in Innopolis (conference hall, A.S.Popov administrative and business center) on February 9.
Last year Tatarstan citizens actively used State information system “Public inspector” and made their contribution to combating traffic offences. More than 42,000 requests were sent to the system from November 2014 to December 31, 2015. More than 30, 000 of them have been processed by the State road safety inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan and administrative inspectorates.
For more than five years call-center of state services of the Republic of Tatarstan has tried to be a reliable assistant for users of state services and information systems. Specialists of call center render information and technical support for the portals uslugi.tatarstan.ru, “Open Tatarstan”, “Electronic education in the Republic of Tatarstan”, electronic queuing terminals, mobile applications “Services of the Republic of Tatarstan”, “Public inspector”, “Public control” and “School eco-patrol”.
The final state examination of 75 graduates major in “Information and communication technologies and systems of communication” was held at Kazan branch of Volga state university of telecommunications and informatics on January 25. The examination commissions were comprised of qualified ICT specialists from Tatarstan.
By results of 2015 Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications considered 1,256 requests of citizens 665 of which were about quality of communication services.
The number of complaints about communication services has decreased by 1.2 times.
For the second year in a row the campaign “Hour of code” aimed at promoting IT professions has become one of the biggest educational initiatives in IT industry in Russia. 8.2 million students including 1.8 million children from Volga Federal District attended lessons in 85 per cent of schools.
On January 20-23 the world renowned exhibition BETT-2016 dedicated to information technologies in education. 850 exhibitors presented their achievements and plans in informational support of the educational industry. The event is attended by teachers, students and administrative workers. Russian Deputy Minister of Education V.Kaganov presented its report at the exhibition.
On January 22, Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Azat Mubarakshyn took part in annual session of the Department of Civil Registry Office of Cabinet of Ministers and made a report “Informational support of civil registry offices of the Republic of Tatarstan. Results of 2015 and plans for 2016”.
Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications instituted an award that was approved by the order dated as of December 18, 2015 № П-254. On January 19 the order was registered at the Ministry of Justice and published on the official website of legal information.
